Growing up in Eastern Washington I lived in a community where people knew each other and spoke with each other on a regular basis. We spoke about what was happening in the community; new businesses, growing industries, agriculture, the rodeo, local fair and best of all the infamous “Gorge.” I came to Seattle 30 years ago because I felt that I wanted to experience the big city. One of the biggest attractions was the wide range in demographics. I was fascinated with the diversity of Seattle and couldn’t wait to immerse myself in city life. Graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in sociology and an emphasis on race relations I wasn’t quite sure where I would take that.
My initial entry into real estate was with a firm that handled large unit multi-family housing communities. I took that experience to educate myself in the world of property management. This is where it all began. The real estate itch was brewing and I decided to open Elita Living Real Estate, LLC in 2009. Thirty years in the real estate field managing 150 doors I have a wealth of resources to draw from. I became excited about the possibilities of my own firm serving the clients at an even higher level than what they had previously experienced. Single family homes/townhomes and small multicomplexes were my nitch!
